Could someone recommend what the best cleaner is for my 1999 Wrangler Sahara's vinyld top and, also, for its tinted vinyl windows on the soft top? If you could also let me know where you buy the products it would be appreciated.

Meguiar's Mirror Glaze plastic cleaner 17 and the mirror glaze plastic polish work great on the windows. Try a automotive paint supply for these products.

I read the "Best Top" brand was rated high for top protection. I think most jeep parts catalogs have this product.

I've always used Novus on the windows. I ran out and just grabbed a bottle of Meguiars Plastx. It worked fine.
