Hey guys,

I'm a newb here. I recently posted photos from a trip down to big bend:

Here's the thing... My TJ came with an honest to God disgustingly awful body kit... nothing wrong with it if you're into that stuff, but man it's a useless waste of time to me because 1. I get a bumpier ride, 2. I get a weird gap between the body and the chassis, 3. it accomplishes nothing but to put larger bling tires on.

questions is: How do I remove this? I think there are about 6-8 black nylon spacers on it and I don't know how I should go about to remove them cause I don't have the OEM bolts. I want this crap off so I can put a suspension kit on and actually have a trail ride-able jeep!

thanks in advance.
Henry

What size body lift does it have. Different heights have different mods that need to be done to install the kit. You will have to undo these modifications.

It is a 3 inch lift. I count 10 spacers installed on the jeep

I was going to explain the disassembly off the top of my head, but this will be easier. Follow in reverse. These may not be the same brand lift that you have, but they are generally all the same.

If you run into a snag, feel free to ask questions.
