Soft window scratches

When I bought my Tj used the soft windows were a little scratched up, but nothing bad. Last weekend some of us went to the badlands in attica indiana and it seemed like every time i turned, there were branches and brush waiting to scratch up my windows, which they did. They are now bad enough that I want to try to fix them. Some of the scratches are deep enough to feel with your fingernail. I have been looking at the NOVUS polish products like are sold in the quadratec catalog. Anybody used this stuff? I would probably need all 3 bottles to get the deep scratches out. Any other suggestions? I realize they probably wont be back to perfect, but I want them a little better than they are now. Thanks

It's kinda like putting a bandaid on an ax wound. I tried something (don't remember the exact brand) years ago with my old TJ for the same thing, trail scratches, and all it did was make the window cleaner. Didn't do a thing for the scratches though, which is what I bought it for. That was with clear windows, I did notice that when I replaced my top and got the tinted option, the scratches were less noticeable. Still there, just not as apparent.

supposedly that Flitz polish is supposed to remove scratches when used with their buffer wheel thing.just be careful and don't press hard because it can melt/burn the plastic.
