| I live in Mass and took my new to me 1995 Wrangler to get inspected and they failed it saying the wipers should not be resting on the windshield at all. To me they don't block my view at all. From whet I have seen online that this problem is common and is just natural for this Jeep. I took it to my mechanic who agreed with me. He said motor is good and he could try to adjust the blades but is not sure it could be done. does anyone have advice or know what to tell inspection place so they will take the reject sticker off. |

INspection places are rip offs. You can PULL the wiper off and spin it so it does not block your view.
Just pull it off and set it back normally after the inspection.

Where in MA are you located? That's a load of BS. Take it to another station. They always sit on the windshield, that's the design. I think the moron that inspected it, is mistaking your YJ for TJ. Even the TJ wipers sit on the glass, just at the very bottom. _________________
