Superlift Offers 2 And 4 Inch Lift Systems For 2007 Jeep JK
Wranglers
West Monroe, LA: Superlift has
two lift systems and a variety of
related accessories for new Jeep JK Wranglers, including 2-door, 4-door
and Rubicon models. Depending on configuration, the various JK
Wranglers have 22 available OE spring rates. With this in mind,
Superlift's 2" lift system uses thicker-than-stock coil-spring
isolators as an effective and economical way to easily fit 33x12.50
tires; 35s clear with a few fenderwell mods. The kit also includes
bumpstop spacers; optional Superide shocks improve control and allow 2
extra inches of extension travel.
The Superlift 4"
kit uses pre-set coil springs to clear up to 37x12.50
tires (depending on wheel width and offset). A heavier rear spring is
offered for 4-door Wranglers, and it can be used for 2-door JKs that
often carry loads. To control roll and yaw, a front adjustable track
bar is included; a relocation bracket is used on the rear track bar
since steering geometry isn't an issue.
New alignment
cams correct caster angle and extended urethane bumpstops
to prevent suspension over-compression. The system also includes
factory-style (greasable) extended sway bar links in addition to
extension brackets for the brake hoses and emergency-brake cables.
Superide Standard shocks with yellow boots are included. Other boot
colors are available, as are premium monotube Superlift SS and SSR
(remote-reservoir) shocks.
Several options allow JK owners to
get even more from their Jeeps.
Front and rear Rockrunner link arms -- made from .188" wall-thickness
DOM tubing -- have swivel ends to increase suspension articulation.
This design offers several advantages over arms that have Heim-type
ends: a combination of factory-type rubber and greasable urethane
extends bushing service life, plus offer quiet operation and improved
vibration damping. The Rockrunner links’ adjustable
length allows
you to dial-in alignment and wheelbase.
Sway Bar
Quick-Disconnects are another articulation-enhancer. These
threaded-type disconnects use no-tools-required pull pins and feature
factory, tie-rod type, greasable upper ends. An optional steering
stabilizer kit is available, and extended-length Bulletproof brake
hoses have braided-steel jackets and Kevlar-reinforced linings for
optimal durability and pedal feel. Other options include an adjustable
rear track bar for up to 4" of lift and eXtreme Ring zinc-plated diff
cover protectors. All components are backed by Superlift's Limited
Lifetime Warranty.
